Pilot legal notice

Terms of Service

Effective October 7, 2026. These preliminary terms describe the pilot offer. A separate written participation agreement must be confirmed before any chargeable appointment is accepted. This website does not enroll you or take payment.

An independent service

Compliance Appointments is an independent lead and appointment service, not a regulator, inspection authority, or government agency. We connect contractors with commercial decision-makers to discuss documented, unresolved, actionable compliance issues. We do not issue violations or provide regulatory determinations or legal advice.

Qualified held appointments

A chargeable appointment requires a documented current unresolved commercial issue, a corrective scope matching your accepted trade and territory, an identified authorized decision-maker who has agreed to discuss the scope, and an appointment actually held with that decision-maker. Raw contacts, no-shows, resolved or unsupported issues, residential work, and out-of-scope opportunities do not qualify.

Appointment pricing

USD per qualified held appointment: fire protection / sprinkler / fire-code $499; commercial kitchen fire suppression $499; boiler violation / correction $599; backflow $399; elevator violation / deficiency $999. Backflow is limited to substantial commercial repair, replacement, or other meaningful scope, not routine low-value testing. There is no setup fee or monthly retainer. No charge applies for a raw name, email address, or no-show.

Markets and exclusivity

Availability, accepted territory, credentials, and any exclusivity arrangement are confirmed per market before acceptance. Exclusivity is not universally promised. Applying does not reserve a market or guarantee appointment volume, contracts, sales, or project value.

Contractor responsibilities

Provide accurate business and credential information. Maintain the qualifications required for work in your jurisdiction and independently assess each opportunity. Contractors are responsible for their estimates, agreements, work, permits, and compliance obligations.

Pilot application and future agreement

Submitting the application sends it to our team for review. No payment obligation arises from completing it. The operating entity, contact details, billing procedures, qualification-review process, and complete contractual terms will be provided before live participation. These pilot terms are not a substitute for the final participation agreement.
