How it works

Real issues. The right people.
A clear path to the conversation.

We do the opportunity research and qualification, so you can focus on assessing the work and earning the business.

01

We identify verified opportunities.

We identify commercial properties and businesses with documented, current compliance problems that still need corrective action.

02

We qualify the decision-maker and scope.

We confirm who can authorize the work, clarify the issue, and match the opportunity to your service category and market.

03

You pay only when the qualified appointment is held.

You meet with the qualified decision-maker to discuss the scope. No held, qualified appointment means no appointment charge.

Simple, performance-based pricing

One appointment. One clear price.

No subscriptions. No contact lists. Just qualified appointments that take place.

No setup fees or monthly retainers

Our qualification standard

“Qualified” isn't a vague promise.

Every chargeable appointment must meet all four criteria. A record alone isn't enough—and an appointment isn't a guarantee of a sale.

What counts as qualified

A documented, current problem

A commercial property or business has an unresolved, actionable compliance issue supported by current records or documentation.

The right service and market fit

The corrective scope matches your accepted category, credentials, and confirmed service territory. Backflow must involve meaningful commercial scope.

An identified decision-maker

An owner, property manager, or authorized representative is identified, their role confirmed, and they agree to discuss the corrective scope.

An appointment that actually takes place

You and the qualified decision-maker attend the scheduled appointment and discuss the identified issue and scope.

What doesn't count

Raw contacts or unconfirmed interest

A name, email address, phone number, or unverified record alone is not a qualified appointment.

Resolved, stale, or unrelated issues

Closed problems, unsupported issues, residential work, and scope outside your accepted services or territory do not count.

No-shows or the wrong contact

An appointment that does not take place, or a contact without authority over the corrective work, does not qualify.

Routine, low-value backflow testing

Routine testing alone is excluded. Backflow opportunities must have substantial repair, replacement, or other meaningful commercial scope.

Independent by design. Compliance Appointments is an independent lead and appointment service. We are not a regulator, inspection authority, or government agency, and we do not issue violations or enforcement notices.

A few straight answers

Know what to expect.

Clear terms before you accept an appointment.

What happens if the decision-maker is a no-show?

You are not charged for a no-show or an appointment that does not take place. A rescheduled appointment qualifies for a charge only when it is actually held and meets the agreed criteria.

Is there a setup fee or monthly retainer?

No. There is no setup fee and no monthly retainer. You pay the listed category price only for a qualified appointment that is held—not for a raw contact.

How do service territories work?

Tell us which states and markets you serve. Service fit, credential requirements, and market availability are confirmed before acceptance. Applying does not reserve a territory or guarantee appointment volume.

Are appointments exclusive?

Availability and exclusivity are confirmed per market before acceptance. We do not promise exclusivity universally; the arrangement for your market is agreed before you participate.

What information will I receive?

The property or business details, the documented current issue and its source, the qualified corrective scope, the identified decision-maker and their role, and the appointment details. Relevant available documentation is included so you can assess service fit.
